Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW)

My philosophy of care honors your innate wisdom by connecting mind and body to cultivate self-trust, resolve inner conflicts, and build resilience. I believe in nurturing a place where your voice is heard and your experiences and feelings are met with genuine curiosity, compassion, and acceptance.
My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and LGBTQ+ affirming. I recognize how relational, societal, and cultural structures affect individual experiences and well being. Creating a safe, attuned space where you can reflect on experiences, examine core beliefs, and develop a secure sense of self is my priority as you navigate your life’s narrative and personal growth.
I emphasize providing a supportive, collaborative, and relationship-based environment of empathy and self-development. Seeking therapy is an act of courage, and I see the strength it takes to get here. I will meet you where you are on this path of achieving what matters most to you.
Some of my personal interests include backpacking, skiing, reading, rock climbing, music, film photography, and taking my dog to the beach.
“And now that you don't have to be perfect, you can be good.” -John Steinbeck
