Private Practice Rate
Please call to inquire about current pricing. Affordability to ensure access to regular consistent care is key. Mr. Lagos also reserves a limited number of hours/per week in his schedule for income-based sliding scale services. Please ask about sliding scale and reduced fee services at your first appointment.
Health Insurance
For Out-of-Network Insurance plan options, please first check with your carrier for PPO/POS/Out-of-Network coverage. If you have this type of coverage, our office will provide you with a statement of services for you to seek reimbursement.

We provide industrial consulting services to organizations and companies. A quality indicator within an organization is the provision of a licensed clinical consultant for the purpose of training, supervision, and direct consultancy to teams, individuals, and managers.
