Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC)

I am an associate therapist specializing in working with couples, LGBTQ+ individuals, and neurodivergent adults. Issues I treat include interpersonal challenges, intimate partner conflict, minority stress, organization/time management challenges, anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief.
I am firmly committed to inclusivity and diversity, I provide an affirming and multiculturally respectful therapeutic environment for clients from all walks of life. My goal is to help clients break free from ineffective patterns, heal from past trauma, build meaningful relationships, develop a sense of empowerment, and create a life worth living.
My special interests include community activism, attending live music performances, baking, cooking, and self-expression through textile or visual arts.
