Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW)

I believe healing is not linear, and it is never one-size-fits-all. I have a deep conviction that every person carries within them an innate capacity for growth, resilience, and recovery — even when that feels far away. I believe the therapeutic relationship itself is one of the most powerful instruments of change. Safety, trust, and genuine human connection create the foundation upon which all healing is built.
I believe your story deserves to be heard without judgment. That your nervous system made sense of the world the best way it knew how. And that with the right support, you can begin to rewrite what no longer serves you.
I bring clinical training alongside genuine warmth and a grounded, real presence into the room. I understand that reaching out takes courage — and I honor that courage every single session. You will always feel respected, seen, and never alone in what you're carrying.
In my practice, I emphasize building a therapeutic relationship rooted in trust, safety, and cultural humility, the role the nervous system plays in trauma and healing, and practical, real-world skills you can use between sessions — not just insights that stay in the therapy room. I emphasize collaboration — you are the expert on your own life, and I am here to walk alongside you, not ahead of you.
Issues I treat include Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), anxiety disorders, depression, childhood and intergenerational trauma, emotional dysregulation, low self-worth and shame, relationship difficulties, caregiver burnout and compassion fatigue, life transitions, grief, loss, and bereavement.
Outside of my work, I love to spend time with both my beloved golden retriever and tabby cat, whether that is going to the beach, playing fetch, or cuddling with a good book.
