Clinical Social Worker

I believe that everyone deserves access to compassionate, high-quality mental health care, regardless of their language, culture, or life circumstances. As a bilingual English and Spanish-speaking therapist, I am passionate about creating a welcoming space where clients feel comfortable, understood, and supported without judgment. I recognize that seeking help can be difficult, especially when cultural expectations, stigma, or language barriers are present, and I strive to make therapy feel accessible, approachable, and empowering.
My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and culturally responsive. I believe every person has the capacity for growth and resilience, and I work alongside clients to build on their strengths, navigate life's challenges, and create meaningful change. Whether we meet in English, Spanish, or a combination of both, my goal is to help you feel heard, respected, and supported as you move toward greater well-being and fulfillment.
I emphasize creating a welcoming and culturally responsive space where clients feel safe, supported, and empowered. I value collaboration and believe therapy works best when it is tailored to each person's unique experiences, strengths, and goals. My focus is on helping clients build insight, develop effective coping skills, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Issues I treat include anxiety, depression, stress and burnout, relationship difficulties, family conflict, life transitions, trauma, stress, and PTSD. Life can be challenging, and asking for help isn't always easy. My hope is to create a space where you can show up as yourself, feel supported, and work toward the changes that matter most to you. Healing and growth look different for everyone, and I look forward to helping you take those next steps at your own pace.
In my free time I like to crochet, cook, bake, play video games, and watch reality TV.
