Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW)

I believe in healing that happens within safe, authentic relationships. Every person comes to therapy with their own unique experiences, strengths, challenges, and goals, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach.
I approach treatment through a trauma-informed and client-centered lens. I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities and tailor treatment to each client's unique needs, goals, and stage of life. I believe that psychological wellbeing is not about perfection or eliminating every struggle, but building self-awareness, resilience, meaningful connections, and the ability to navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and self-compassion. My goal is to meet clients where they are and support them in creating lasting, meaningful change at a pace that feels right for them.
I strive to create a supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to explore their experiences without judgement. I believe that clients are the experts on their own lives, and therapy should be a collaborative process that honors their values, needs, and readiness for change. It takes courage to begin the process of seeking support. I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey and help you move toward greater understanding, healing, and wellbeing.
My personal interests include arts and crafts, swimming, music, movies, lacrosse.
