Clinical Social Worker

I believe in creating a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel genuinely heard and understood. I approach therapy with curiosity and compassion, recognizing that each person is the expert on their own life. I believe psychological well-being is shaped not only by our individual experiences, but also by our relationships, environments, identities, and the systems around us.
My approach is collaborative and strengths-based. Rather than telling clients what they should do, I work alongside them to explore what matters most, recognize their existing strengths, and identify changes that feel meaningful and realistic. My goal is to build a trusting relationship where clients can show up as themselves and work through challenges at their own pace. Above all, I believe therapy is the client’s space. Sometimes my role is simply to be present, hold that space, and make sure they feel heard, supported, and safe to explore whatever they need to bring into the room.
In my practice, I emphasize building a safe, respectful, and individualized therapeutic relationship where each client can find ease, support, and grow. My specialties include perinatal and postpartum mental health, anxiety, life transitions, parenting and family relationships, grief and loss, and supporting individuals through periods of stress, change, and adjustment. Issues I treat include anxiety, depression, perinatal and postpartum anxiety and depression, adjustment disorders, grief and bereavement, stress-related concerns, trauma-related concerns, relationship difficulties, parenting-related stress, self-esteem and identity concerns, and major life transitions. Putting yourself out there and beginning this process is such a big and meaningful step. I would be honored to sit with you and support you through it.
In my free time I enjoy being with my kiddos, family and friends, traveling, practicing yoga, finding great restaurants, watching TV and movies, and spending time in nature.
