Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW)

My philosophy of care is driven by a holistic balance of the mind, body, and soul as fundamentals to a thriving lifestyle. With guided support, I encourage my clients to engage in self-reflection to assess obstacles in their life. At the end of the day, we are only human and sometimes we need help in identifying the mountain ahead of us and how to overcome it.
Change, though a natural part of life, can easily alter our natural drive and inspiration, thus dysregulating our emotional state. I believe in developing a supportive therapeutic alliance with my clients with an active, insight-driven and solution-focused approach to navigate the life they want to live.
I emphasize building upon peoples’ strengths and inner resilience to develop insight of unlocking their full potential of tackling the challenges they face in their past, present or future.
Therapy is an opportunity for everyone to learn something about themselves - including the therapist. This is why I encourage open-mindedness, humility, and genuinity in sessions.
Issues I treat include anxiety, depression, trauma, work and life stress, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, Adjustment Disorder, grief and loss, low self-esteem, negative self talk, and relationship issues. I strive to offer no judgement or pressure, but only honor to be part of your healing journey. Your journey doesn’t start here, it’s already begun. No matter where your life has taken you or taken from you, I say you are brave for finding yourself here with curiosity, hope, and a desire for something better for yourself.
