LCSW Supervisor, Clinical Program Director

In my practice, I emphasize relational bonds, internal self-talk dynamics, and the enactment of positive lifestyle changes. Additionally, I emphasize mind, body and spirit as core elements to balanced health and grounded wellbeing.
I foster a climate of psychological safety and trust to explore the narratives and stories of your past and present. Together, we explore the internal narratives you have about yourself and others within the context of relationships and circumstances, and we seek opportunities for healthier, more balanced perspectives and points of view.
I also emphasize your use of attention, the visual imagery embedded with your memories, and positive protective factors that alleviate stress and bring calmness to your day-to-day living for better decision-making and meaningful insight. My approach is active, exploratory, solution-focused, and insight driven.
Issues I treat include trauma, stress, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, relationship stress, over-thinking, and rumination.
My personal interests include screenwriting and story analysis, film and media production, and city walks .
