
Isabelle Lee is a graduate of The Family Institute at Northwestern University’s Master’s in Clinical Counseling. She graduated with academic distinction, completing the child and adolescent specialization. Isabelle is also a Nationally Certified Counselor. She holds a Bachelor’s of Arts in History and Psychology from Middlebury college.
In her practice as a therapist, Isabelle incorporates Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-based Therapy, Existential Therapy, Art Therapy, and Play Therapy.
Isabelle is also trained in Trauma Informed Yoga, and uses elements of mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, and movement into trauma-informed care. She emphasizes forming a robust and secure therapeutic relationship with clients and approaching life’s challenges with respect for her clients’ inherent strengths and resilience.
