Clinical Approach:

I believe healing happens when you feel genuinely seen, safe, and respected, so I provide a warm, collaborative space where we identify what’s getting in the way, build practical coping skills, and support lasting change at a pace that fits your values and goals.

I see treatment as a collaborative journey where we work together step by step, respecting your pace and making adjustments as you learn more about yourself and what you need. I believe healing happens when you feel truly seen, safe, and respected, so I aim to create a warm, supportive space where you can be honest without fear of judgment. Together, we’ll explore what’s contributing to stress or emotional pain, develop practical coping skills, and build insight and self-compassion. Our goal is to work toward meaningful, lasting change that aligns with your values, culture, and goals. I also believe that psychological well-being is closely linked to overall health, so we’ll focus on the mind-body connection (e.g., sleep, stress, relationships, routines, and support systems) to help you feel more balanced, grounded, and empowered in everyday life.

I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel understood and empowered as we focus on real, sustainable change. I take a collaborative, individualized approach, listening closely to your experiences, identifying what’s getting in the way, and helping you build practical skills for everyday life. Therapy with me is not “one-size-fits-all”; it’s a guided journey where we move at your pace, track progress, and adjust the plan to fit your goals, values, and strengths, so you can feel more grounded, confident, and emotionally well over time.

Issues I treat include anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, stress and burnout, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship and family concerns, low self-esteem, emotional regulation difficulties, and challenges related to motivation, boundaries, and coping skills.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or ready for change, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I’m here to support you with compassionate, evidence-based care, and we can take the next step together at a pace that feels right for you.

My personal interests include reading books to explore and enjoy stories, playing video games for immersive storytelling and challenges, traveling to experience different cultures and landscapes, and expressing my creativity through art, sketching, and digital art. These interests enrich my life and influence my work and everyday experiences.

“A single thread of hope is a very powerful thing.”
