Annie Proctor

Clinical Counselor

Strengths-Based Therapy

Clinical Approach:

I help people understand their inner world so they can face their outer world with more clarity and confidence. I believe our reactions to life's hardest moments aren't signs that something is broken in us — they're clues to how our minds are working to protect us.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, and chronic illness or disability using a collaborative, strengths-based approach.

Outside of work, I’m usually spending time with my dog, baking, or trying out a new craft.

"The human capacity for burden is like bamboo — far more flexible than you'd ever believe at first glance." — Jodi Picoult
