Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW)

I believe healing happens in a supportive, collaborative space where clients feel heard, respected, and understood without judgment. I view mental health as shaped by life experiences, relationships, environment, and personal meaning, not just symptoms.
My approach is integrative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered, and Narrative Therapy. I support clients in identifying and shifting unhelpful thought patterns, processing emotions safely, and exploring the stories they hold about themselves. I also emphasize each client’s strengths, resilience, and capacity for growth.
Clients may benefit from working with me if they are seeking a warm, collaborative approach that offers both emotional support and practical tools for building insight, coping skills, and meaningful change.
In my practice, I emphasize an integrative approach drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Narrative Therapy to support clients in identifying and reframing thoughts, processing emotions, and making meaning of their experiences. Issues I treat include depression, anxiety, PTSD, childhood trauma processing, and interpersonal relationship stress. I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward growth and well-being.
My personal interests include visual arts, reading, cinema, and live music. I find a lot of joy in staying creatively engaged both personally and through my role as a 4-H project leader for arts, crafts, and cooking. I also enjoy tennis, taking walks, and playing pinball. Above all, I am a mother to two kind and caring sons.
