Clinical Social Worker

I believe in meeting clients where they are and creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space. My approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally humble. I believe that each person’s experiences, background, and strengths matter in the healing process. I also believe that mental health support should focus on building trust, understanding the client’s needs, and helping them develop healthy
Clients should work with me because I bring lived experience, education, and professional experience in mental and behavioral health. I am passionate about supporting clients with compassion, cultural humility, and respect. My goal is to meet clients where they are and help them feel supported, understood, and empowered.
In my practice I emphasize meeting everyone where they are, practicing cultural humility, building trust, and creating a safe and supportive space for clients.
Issues I treat include anxiety, depression, stress, emotional regulation, mood-related concerns, trauma-related concerns, self-harm concerns, relationship challenges, family challenges, and life transitions. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and respectful space where clients feel heard and empowered as they work toward healing and growth.
In my free time I like to cook, go to the gym, and play chess.
