Philosophy of Care

In my practice, I emphasize relational bonds, internal self-talk dynamics, enacting positive lifestyle behaviors, coping strategies and survival skills in response to challenging situations. I believe the inner role you carry from early life experiences has the potential for strength and healing by actively seeking out experiences and moments that attract joy into your life. When you connect with your past in a healthy, adaptive and supportive way, it offers you the opportunity to make positive change.

I believe in mind, body and spirit as core elements to health and wellbeing.

In-Office and Virtual TeleHealth Appointments

In addition to In-Office appointments, I also offer virtual telehealth via Video/Smart Phone and Virtual Solution-Focused phone appointments. My office is located in San Francisco, San Joaquin/Stockton and throughout California via TeleHealth.
