Personal Interests

My personal interests include reading, documentaries with a mystery twist, and art and craft activities.

In my clinical practice, I emphasize psychodynamic, strength-based, client-centered and feedback informed care.

Philosophy of Care

Psychodynamic Therapy helps us look at our past to reveal insights and old patterns that may be keeping and holding us back from making the progress we want to see in our lives.

I also use a relationship-based therapy approach with a strength-based frame to help build on your unique strengths and qualities in your present day-to-day life. Sometimes, our strengths are blatant, and we could clearly see them; and at other times, it takes some extra personal work to understand the strengths specific situations have brought to us.

My specialties include…

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Stress (Life and Work)
  • Trauma
  • Coping Skills Development
  • Personal Development

In-Office and Virtual TeleHealth Appointments

In addition to In-Office appointments, I also offer virtual telehealth via Video/Smart Phone and Virtual Solution-Focused phone appointments. My office is located in San Joaquin County, and throughout California via TeleHealth.
