Philosophy of Care
Psychodynamic Therapy helps us look at our past to reveal insights and old patterns that may be keeping and holding us back from making the progress we want to see in our lives.
I also use a relationship-based therapy approach with a strength-based frame to help build on your unique strengths and qualities in your present day-to-day life. Sometimes, our strengths are blatant, and we could clearly see them; and at other times, it takes some extra personal work to understand the strengths specific situations have brought to us.
