Philosophy of Care
In my clinical practice, I emphasize a relationship-based therapy approach with exploration and verbalization of emotions. Relationships are important, and I'm referring to the relationship that we have with ourselves and with those in our lives.
In my practice, you could expect an emphasis on the expression of emotions, as well as the exploration of your relationship with your Self, which includes self-reflection, self-acceptance and self-care. When we learn to take care of ourselves, particularly those internal feelings and dynamics that we have, we are better able to in turn, enjoy more fulfilling relationships and better take care of those relationships we cherish.
